Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Systemic Constellations and Psychotherapy? Which one is the right choice for me?
SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS

If you are looking for a one-off session that may provide insight into patterns and issues that seem stuck and repetitive (and may be observed in the family system or ancestral lineage), a systemic constellation session may be a good option.

I respectfully work with your outer (family and ancestral) systems to help you uncover entanglements and patterns that may be holding you back from stepping into your full potential and onto your own unique life path. Systemic Constellations are not a therapy modality, therefore, the work is not ongoing and continuous. Usually, only a single session is set up. If needed, additional sessions may be set up further down the path, but the recommendation is to let the process unfold organically over at least few weeks/months before doing another constellation.

PSYCHOTHERAPY

If you are looking for ongoing support that will empower you to get to know and heal your inner system, psychotherapy may be a good option. Please note, I am not currently offering psychotherapy sessions.

Do you offer face-to-face or online sessions? What are the fees?
At the moment, I am not offering psychotherapy sessions. I am offering online systemic constellation sessions. It may be possible to arrange a face-to-face constellation session (currently in Wagga Wagga, NSW).
